1. Terms and Conditions

Welcome to M&M Cleaning. By booking a service through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

1.1 Service Provision

M&M Cleaning agrees to provide professional cleaning services at the designated address provided during the booking process. The scope of the cleaning is strictly limited to the package selected (e.g., 1 BHK, Deep Cleaning, Villa) and any authorized add-ons.

1.2 Cancellation & Doorstep Denial Policy

Strict Doorstep Policy: We value the time and transit efforts of our professional cleaning staff. If a booking is confirmed and our team arrives at your designated address at the scheduled time, but you (the client) deny access, refuse the service, or cancel at the doorstep, you are legally liable to pay a penalty equal to 50% of the total booking amount. This fee covers logistical, transportation, and reserved time costs.

1.3 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointments free of charge if notice is provided at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time slot. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the appointment may be subject to a nominal administrative fee.

1.4 Payment

Full payment for the completed services must be made upon the conclusion of the cleaning session via cash, UPI, or other accepted digital payment methods, unless a pre-payment was made online.

M&M Cleaning ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This section outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

2.1 Information We Collect

When you book a service, we collect personal details strictly necessary to fulfill your request. This includes your Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and physical Service Address (collected manually or via GPS).

2.2 How We Use Your Data

To dispatch our cleaning professionals to your exact location.
To send booking confirmations, invoices, and scheduling updates.
To contact you in case of navigational issues or schedule adjustments.

2.3 Data Protection

We implement high-grade security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside third parties. Your data is strictly used for the fulfillment of M&M Cleaning services.
